The purpose of this section is to pay tribute to people who I consider to be "Great Directors," whose overall body of work is worth acknowledging. We get so caught up in actors and special effects, that we forget that there are people behind the camera that are responsible for most of what you see. None more so then the director, who has to control the productions and make the tough choices for the sake of the movie. This section is for those men and women, working diligently to direct the movies with their direction we take for granted sometimes.

Calculations For Films

If a director has less then 10 films to his/her name by the time of the writing of the article I pick 3 great films and one turd. 10-14 films I pick 5 great films. 15-20 I pick 7 great films. If the director has over 20 films I pick 10.
